Ever since my children doctor retired from there this office been Going worse. Today I took my daughter to get shot and they took forever. I asked them nicely if they can hurry because I had my to other children with me . And they didn't consider that my kids were going to get fussy . And they took there time and when the lady that came in was neverous I seen how she was being unprofessional she put gloves on then leave and leave vaccines all open she back in side didn't change her gloves until I said something didn't even try to comfort my 2 yr old to make her trust she was all over the place un organize. I grab my daughter and left the room I told the people what happened and a other nurse went inside the room to talk to her and they put me in a other room so someone else can finish my daughter fall asleep and I just left this is ridiculous

After years of feeling like something was wrong with me they could never correctly diagnose me or listen to my concerns. For one you will be waiting an hour to get out in the back. Now you have to wait a long time just to be seen. It’s a joke. I switched providers and I’m now being seen at a different clinic and since I started going there they listened to all my concerns and they’ve been doing stuff about it. I’m so glad I left that place.

Dr Kristine Rebiero is my doctor and she is excellent. She has helped me tremendously. I had horrible back pain that I lived with for several years, it eventually got so bad I could only move around with the use of a cane, or a walker. She got an MRI approved through my insurance and she made me an appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon for me. On my first visit to see him he came into the room I was in and the first thing he said to me was I needed to have my right hip replaced. After getting this procedure approved through my insurance carrier they scheduled my surgery on the following Thursday (the day of each week the surgeon did surgeries), I had the surgery and went home to recover all on the same day. It was amazing I soon was able to live again. I no longer suffered with horrible lower back pain any more. The surgeon told me I would most likely have to have my other hip replaced. I haven't had to have it done yet. I have been over joked with being able to move around normally again and no longer living in constant pain. I give credit to Dr Rebiero for caring enough about me and going above and beyond for me. She makes me feel like she truly cares about me an d m

Kristine Ribeiro has been my PA for over 6 years. There has never been one time where I didn't feel like this woman wasn't doing a stellar job. She is so calm, attentive, kind, and considerate. I absolutely love her. Unfortunately, I don't feel the same about other providers. But I'm going to give this facility a five-star rating because both their front and back office staff have always been professional, efficient, and courteous. Five stars for Kristine and her support staff! 😍
